Michigan college graduates are in demand again after four years of lean hiring. In response, universities are becoming more aggressive to get the best companies on campus and to ensure their students are ready. At Wayne State University, the accounting department holds seminars on professional dress, on-the-job etiquette and interviewing skills, said Randy Paschke, chairman of the university\'s accounting department.
